Hi there, I’m Sarah a business owner just like you.
When I started Sashay Dance nine years ago I didn’t have a big team or a big ad budget. But I knew I needed people to find me, so I set out to learn how to make Google work for me.
All through organic search and no Google Ads, ever.
Since then, I’ve grown Sashay Dance into a six-figure national business. Just this year, I hit a record-breaking 135 enquiries in a single month, all from Google search.
But it didn’t happen overnight. It took patience, trial and error, and learning the hard way, including spending thousands on SEO agencies, battling long retainers and targeting the wrong keywords in all the wrong ways.
That’s when I knew there had to be a better way, something more affordable, more empowering and designed for business owners like us.
So I created The SEO Showstopper - an on-demand training video that walks you through my exact SEO routine. It’s the same one I still use today to get visibility, traffic, and sales from Google, all without the stress (or agency price tag). I break it all down simply, using WordPress, but the strategies apply to any website.
While I’m still busy running Sashay Dance, I do open up a limited number of slots each week for mentoring sessions, available online or in-person in York or Leeds.
I’m not an agency, and I’m not here to drown you in jargon. I’m a dance teacher turned founder who knows how to explain things clearly, so SEO feels less like a mystery and more like something you can actually do.
And I get it, I know how overwhelming and stressful it can feel to start or run a small business. That’s why I created this as a bit of a passion project.
